Ensuring the Best Experience

At The Brow Executive, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our studio. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

By booking an appointment you agree to the following;

Booking policies apply to every client - by booking an appointment you agree to the following:
-     The booking fee will come off the total cost of your appointment on the date/time it was booked for. 

-    Booking fees are paid per treatment. If you cancel off one or more of the treatments, the booking fees paid for those treatments are lost and do not come off the balance of any other treatments. 

-    Your booking is a request for the date/time you have selected, on some occasions the appointment slot may need to be moved by 15-30 minutes, please check your booking confirmation email in case I have had to move your appointment. On a rare occasion, this may need to be moved to another day, if this happens, you will be contacted prior to me moving it to ensure the new date suits you.

-    Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

-    You must provide me with as much notice as possible if you want to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled or rearranged within 7 days requires a 50% payment of the total booking amount. If the appointment is cancelled or rearranged within 2 days this requires a 100% payment of the total booking amount. The booking system will automatically charge your card that is stored on file should this occur. Failure to pay will result in you being banned from any future bookings.

-    No shows or late cancellations will not be tolerated. If you do not turn up to an appointment or cancel on the same day you will be required to pay 100% of the total booking amount. You will only have one opportunity to re-book with me, if you no-show or cancel last minute more than once you will be blocked from the booking system.

-    You are able to re-arrange an appointment one time only as long as the notice period is given. If you want to re-arrange more than one time you will be required to pay a new booking fee.

-    If you are required to have a patch test for your treatment and do not attend for one, you understand your appointment will be cancelled and all booking fees paid will be lost. You will also be subject to pay the last-minute cancellation fee which is the remaining balance of the appointment.

-    Any issues should be notified immediately. Repairs are free within 48 hours of the treatment if it is a fault of ours.

-    If you are over 5 minutes late, you may be denied of your treatment if there won't be enough time to finish the service. If you are running late, please ensure to let me know. In some cases, the appointment may still be able to go ahead but that depends on the schedule as we cannot run over into another clients appointment.

-    If you are over 5 minutes late and your appointment has to be cancelled, this is classed as a no show/late cancellation and you will be subject to the last minute cancellation fee mentioned above.

-    You agree that you have read over the recommended pre-care and aftercare for your treatment before booking and understand that it is your responsibility to follow this. 

-    Strictly no refunds under any circumstances.

-    You must be over 18 for any semi permanent makeup treatments.

-    You must be either over 18 or over the age of 16 with written parent consent to have any other beauty treatment. 

-    No children or additional guests permitted within the salon. You must come alone, you may be refused treatment if you bring your children or additional guests with you and will be classed as a last minute cancellation.
